• The BMB Registration form can be found here.  Please complete the form to begin the registration process.

PAY BOOSTER FEE: $300 (BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE ON 5/21) 

• Can be paid via Venmo @BlaineBandBoosters, or check/money order to "Blaine Band Boosters"

  • Alternative payment options available upon request.  Please talk to Beth Saiko (Treasurer for BMB) or Becky Rasmusson (Boosters President) for more information.

• Booster fees cover expenses for the Summer and Fall 2024 seasons, including: Show Registration Fees, Props, Transportation, Color Guard Uniforms & Props, and misc. items throughout the season

• Limited scholarships of $150.00 per student are available upon request.  Please contact bengalbandboosters@gmail.com, Lane Flaten or Bruce Olson. A completed scholarship request form must be submitted.  Submissions are confidential.

ENSURE YOUR STUDENT HAS A VALID PHYSICAL ON FILE (BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE ON 5/21)

• Note to parents of incoming 9th graders: Even if you have a valid physical on file with your student's middle school, you'll need to re-file their physical with the high school.

• You can review your student's medical information in ParentVue:

  • Click on "Student Info" tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.

  • View "Activity Screening."

  • The activity screening date needs to be within three years of the END of the athletics/activities season.

• If you need to file a physical for your student, you can either submit an official sports physical form or a letter from your doctor indicating the date that the physical was performed and that your student has been cleared for physical activity/sports.

PAY DISTRICT ACTIVITY FEE FOR SUMMER MARCHING BAND: $50 (JUNE 2024)

• This can be paid via ParentVue/SchoolPay. Instructions for logging into SchoolPay can be found here.

• Find "2023/24: BHS Summer Marching Band", click "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts to check-out.

  • If you do not see the "2023/24: BHS Summer Marching Band" option, it likely means that the high school does not have a copy of your student's physical on file.  (See Item 3 above.)

PAY DISTRICT ACTIVITY FEE FOR FALL MARCHING BAND: $240 (AUGUST 9)
